HAVA.AI, operated by HAVA REALTY, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans.
1. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. After 30 days, refunds are at our and Paddle's discretion and are considered on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account — you will keep access until the end of the current paid period.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all HAVA.AI orders.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email you paid with, or
- Email havarealtyai@gmail.com and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
3. What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your subscription is cancelled and platform access ends.
4. Auto-renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account — you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
